The source of relevant data for this case study is an online shop selling products in the home & decor vertical. The client started working with us in early April 2021 to complement their existing marketing. The main traffic carrier for the online store was a google/cpc feed. This particular source was already overwhelmingly dominated by Google Shopping and there was still a very small brand campaign in the client’s Google Ads account. The client knew that there was untapped potential in Google Shopping and was failing to increase sales volume to the required return on investment (ROI) in collaboration with the agency.
